        Paul Regan Custom Homes has been building custom homes in the Rockwall area since 1986.  Over the years, we have expanded into Dallas, Heath, Highland Park, as well as Sunnyvalle, Poetry, and Rowlett just to name a few.   PRCH can build your home on any size lot, including acreage, and in any city in the DFW metroplex.  
        Our team consists of Paul and Naureen Regan, the founders of  PRCH. Both of them have been in the realestate and construction business  for over 30 years gaining knowledge and wisdom to ensure that you have the best and easiest experience in building your home.  The other half of the team is their son, Michael and his wife, Krystal.  Together our team is an awesome partnership melding two different generations into one, providing a unique perspective and style in home building and design.
